No. Your in-home consultation is completely free and comes with exact pricing for your project. There is no pressure and no obligation.
What areas do you serve?
We serve homeowners throughout Chicagoland from our headquarters in Maple Park. If you are anywhere in the western suburbs or the greater Chicago area, we can help.
What brands and products do you install?
We are certified and authorized installers of premium Pella and ProVia windows and doors. For siding, we install vinyl, insulated, cedar shake, board and batten, and James Hardie fiber cement.
How long has NextWave Exteriors been in business?
NextWave Exteriors is a family-owned and family-operated company that has been serving Chicagoland homeowners since 1982.
What warranties or guarantees do you offer?
Every project is backed by our lifetime labor guarantee: if our workmanship ever lets you down, we return and make it right at no cost to you. The products we install also carry their own manufacturer warranties.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We have partnered with GreenSky to offer convenient financing options that fit your budget. Visit our Financing page or ask about it during your consultation.
Do you repair windows and siding, or only replace them?
Our focus is replacement, because it is usually the lasting fix for failing windows, doors, and siding. That said, our free assessment is honest: if a repair could reasonably buy you time, we will tell you.
Can you add a window where there is not one now?
Yes. We are proud to be the only window company in Chicagoland that offers custom cutouts, which means we can create a brand-new window opening almost anywhere in your home.
Do you help with storm or hail damage insurance claims?
Yes. We provide a free damage assessment with clear documentation of what we find, and we can assist with the claim process so the scope of work reflects the real damage.
How long will my project take?
It depends on the scope, the products you choose, and current manufacturer lead times. Your free consultation includes an exact timeline for your specific project, so you will know what to expect before any work begins.
